Excellent king room on the 23rd floor. Very spacious and awesome view out of big windows . Carpets in hallway and front of doors could use some work. No ice machine on the floor, but sign said ice available on 21st or 20th floor. Went down to 21 and machine was there, but not working. The sign there had duct tape covering parts of the sign and read that ice was on the 18th floor. Upgraded to concierge which included a continental breakfast. Continental there on the 20th floor meant yogurt, bread, Belgian waffles, oranges and apples and banana bread or lemon poppy seed squares. More than enough for most. And coffee and juice. It ran from 7-10am. If you got there behind the rush, the trays would be empty and you had to ask for items. Not what I expected for the extra money. What they didn’t tell you, is, with the concierge upgrade you could get half price continental for $10/person down on the main floor restaurant with a much better selection of food options. Seems like they want you to upgrade, but want to save money by not telling you everything or offering what you pay for. Disappointing .
