"One of the best hotels you can get in Chiang Mai. Very good service desk, rooms, food and faciliates. The only thing was the firealarm that was scary and we had to go to the front to find out why. They accomodated our ask to get a king size or queen size bed. The location though becuase it is close to Maya mall (good) but also the Bolt/Grab cars may take a bit longer becuase the main insterection light takes about 5 minute each signal change. "

"Staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. Location is near to the night market and a reasonable walk to old town. Good restaurants in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is much better than most Asian hotels that are reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. "
