“Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side……
