"This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. One of the best equipped hotels we've seen. Lots for families, bath mat and rail if needed etc etc they have to thought of everything. Great breakfast . Thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful view from balcony and just a short walk to rat beach or 10-15 minutes walk to Bol for an evening stroll with a drink before heading back. "

"The small banglows made a nice change, the beach although public was nice, quiet and only really used by customers in the resort. Shame they charge for parking!! Food was good. Need more facilities to keep the kids amused!l, given there is no pool, the outdoor play area needs restoration works. Shower worked well and comfortable beds."

"Came here for my senior trip with my best friend I had so much fun! We loved the facility and the hotel was so nice. It was near so many restaurants and there were lots of options. Great area to be around especially if you’re with your family. Will definitely be returning!"

"Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "Very unique room and property. Easy check-in and out. Staff was wonderful. Room had a funky odor from the moisture in the bathroom. "

"They upgraded our room so we had a mini suite and it was nice. Beachfront is difficult to enter the water. Go to the beach to the left as you face the water. Pool is very small for a larger resort. Buffet had a lot of choices but the a lot of the same food for all three meals (many breakfast items that we would consider lunch or dinner). Most buffet hot items were cold by the time you served yourself, even if you were there at the start. We enjoyed the wine on tap! Biggest issue for us is the lack of transportation to the hotel. An all inclusive hotel should offer a free shuttle from the ferry. We've stayed at many over the years and they always had transportation included so we found this frustrating. It costs us 30 Euro for a 10 minute taxi from the Stari Grad ferry dock to the resort. It is relatively isolated so this really should be offered all inclusive."
