“Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.”

“This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.”

One of our family members is in a wheelchair, and was able to get around the house with ease. The house was fully equipped with towels, blankets, bedding, dishes, and more. “We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . “The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night.”

“Couldn’t ask for more in this beautiful location right on the river. If you can imagine, living on the pages of a decorating magazine, this is it. Not only a beautiful home, but ANNA has thought of everything. The kitchen is loaded with more than the basics we would need to launch our visit. Not only that little things like even Band-Aids are in the bathroom. Since we visited in winter, we didn’t get to use the gas grill or the docks or any of the outdoor amenities, but we could see they were……

“Lovely little retro trailer that was comfortable and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. The trailer is set on its own piece of land in a pretty and eclectic neighborhood. You have a view of the water from the front deck and the neighbors wave when they walk by. Glamping at its best! Comfy beds, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, stove, and everything in between. We hope to stay again! Thank you :-)”

“The location is, as advertised, right on Locke Lake which is a quiet community. House was clean when we arrived. Fresh linens were also provided. Comfortable beds! The house has only one shower. Great stay!”

“Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.”
