The accommodation is located a bit outside of Kuta, about 20–30 minutes by scooter, but the peace and the view are absolutely unique. We would come back anytime, without hesitation. "what an awesome place tucked away, even the drive on the small gravel road was exciting to get there. "We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....

"Great pool, room required some routine maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Noisy due to location - which was a great location, so bring some ear plugs to combat this. You will also need to grab some bug spray to beat the mosquitoes. Servicing seemed to be done on request not daily. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toothbrush and soap was supplied though. Over all a cheep and cheerful place to stay but could easily be improved to amazing with some added touches."
