“此次入住的房型為山景，羊蹄山盡收眼底。房間空間非常寬敞，硬體設備俱全，如公寓酒店式之配置，洗衣機、HI爐、烤箱、三層式冰箱、廚具、餐盤碗、洗碗機等等，其他公用設施像健身房、大眾湯等皆可提供給房客使用。不論是長時間入住，短期停留都是很好的選擇。唯停車位較少，房客須盡早預訂停車位（停車費須負擔）。另外，大眾湯之空間也偏小，不過大部份房客以滑雪活動為主，即使大眾湯空間較小也不至於擁擠，然仍建議選擇非尖峰時間使用。整體飯店動線以環形規劃，令人耳目一新，然較使人無法立刻理解房間位置等飯店內部配置。飯店內有外駐餐廳（如AFURI等），價位偏高，亦有滑雪人身裝備店，可提供租借使用，飯店亦有提供附近滑雪場之活動訊息，可供房客參考。最後，當然整體房間價位是較高的，但考量整體性以及體驗，價位仍算合理。”

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at……
