“The good: The staff is EXTREMELY helpful! They communicated very clearly through Expedia how parking worked, and that we needed a reservation with a garage 100m away. We also needed to register our car license plate with the city, as the hotel is in a controlled traffic area. The hotel managed the city registration and parking registration for us! Also, directions to the parking garage were perfect. Parking and driving in Ortigia can be challenging, but it's not nearly as difficult as in……
