"Sehr tolles Personal – vor allem Rezeption und Reinigungskräfte. WLAN war leider schrecklich langsam überall. Parkplätze gab es kostenlos vor dem Eingang, leider kam es vor, dass gegen Abend alles voll war und wir gegenüber auf der öffentlichen Straße parken mussten."

"The hotel has best views in the Castellammare Del Golfo. It was was bit noisy for 3 nights as they had events. Rooms are clean but for some reason lots of ants on the floor!!! You need a car to get to places as it’s out of the city. Staff are pleasant!"

"We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. ..."
