“Everything was Perfect. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the owner was very hospitable to our entire family. They provided a crib for the baby, a high chair, and even a bathtub. The rooftop spa was a great option. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was also great. We will definitely be back. “Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. Expedia will keep getting my business because……
