"The pool, garden, outdoor kitchen and the view are lovely. We had some great meals sitting outside by the pool. Communication was difficult and I don't believe the English listing was accurate. I know that I searched for properties with AC and a pool, as we were traveling with my 80 year old family member. But the listing does not say AC. This property does not have air conditioning, and gets very hot. The shutters are unsecured so they bang back and forth in any wind. In spite of Uschi's assurances, there are indeed plenty of mosquitoes if you leave the windows open. If you don't mind that, it's a lovely house. It could do with a deep cleaning, lots of spider webs. It also apparently listed the need to bring your own towels on the German listing, but not on the English. I have never had to bring my own linens to any VRBO ever, and with small luggage weight limits flying from overseas, I would not have booked here had I known. If you want to watch TV, you must bring your own DVDs. The listing mentions cable/satellite, but is not accurate. If you want music, you must bring CDs or cassettes. It felt a bit like camping but in a house abandoned in the 80s. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our group of 18 and kids loved pool and play areas. There were a number of different areas to eat inside and out, with enough dishes etc for our group. Josep couldn’t have been more helpful and would check all was okay on his days he attended the pool and outside area. He also sorted out our early arrival and was on hand when our group arrived.WiFi was good. Train station in town was great and we visited Girona, Barcelona and Blanes.Only downside was Air Condition but didn’t spoil our stay,Josep did provide a portable unit for our main sitting area. "

"Overall, we had a great experience. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We were a bit surprised, however, to find that there was no air conditioning—only one room had daily air circulation. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, it’s something future guests may want to be aware of, especially during warmer months.We also experienced a power outage during our stay, which temporarily left us without electricity. Thankfully, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the issue was resolved.Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would consider returning."
