"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. "Stayed only one night but it was very convenient for a late entry to the amusement park. Despite the check in time of 3pm, we were allowed into the room at 2:30. Room was clean but is a little dated. The beds were comfortable and it was my first experience using a jinbei. Staff were professional. The complimentary water was a nice touch given the summer heat. The breakfast that was included with the package was liked by all."
