"Séjour entre amis à vélo le long du canal du Nivernais . Étape proche du canal , à 3 km de Clamecy où se trouvent tous les commerces et un très joli centre ville autour d’une belle église . En revanche pas de restauration sur place en dehors du petit déjeuner . Nous avons commandé des bocaux , moyens et chers .. excellent séjour . Joli lieu , piscine chauffée .. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison ancienne mais avec confort optimal. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande pour quelques jours. Pensez à prévoir des serviettes qui ne sont pas inclues (les draps si) et des dosettes de café tassimo (ou sinon du café moulu). La remise de l'appartement et le départ a été très facile. "Le Sittèle, petit bateau qui ne paie pas de mine mais dans lequel nous avons très bien dormi.L'intérieur est aussi petit qu'un appartement parisien mais bien pensé et pratique finalement.Nous avons apprécié le toit ouvrant qui permet de rafraîchir l'habitacle et d'observer les étoiles filantes avant de s'endormir.Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant."

"Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, courant mars. Le gîte est fonctionnel et, une fois le chauffage mis, agréable. Il est très bien situé, à la fois sur la route vers Vezelay et pourtant au calme. Il est clair qu'il y a beaucoup de choses que nous aurions pu faire si nous n'avions pas été sur une simple étape. Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants. Comme certains l'ont dit, gîte rustique. Correspond bien à l'ambiance du coin : nous sommes à la campagne!"

"Not to be mistaken for a hotel, this is a self service set of prehistoric rooms, except for the pricing. Cleanliness is subpar, towels are older than my grandmother, and air conditioning is not a technology that has reached this part of the world. I was desperate to get some rest, but good luck doing so in 30 deg C temperature with no air conditioning. Oh and not to forget the noise from the restaurant downstairs right beneath my window. I arrived in the afternoon around 3pm to find the door locked and nobody there but a sign that says call these 2 numbers. First number, voicemail, so i try the second and the voice on the other side of the line instructs me to find the key to my room AND the key to the damn hotel entrance in a secret box. So i do, and I go in only to find the place so dark I have to turn on the flashlight on my phone. With luck I find the light switch to the hallway, but the light is so dim I have to keep the flashlight on. The interior is dilapidated and a reflection of an owner that has given up a very long time ago and now is milking the place for the last few pennies. Disappointing experience."

"We loved the property. Although it’s old in a goed way, it was also very clean. We loved the outdoor areas too. You do have to drive a bit to buy your bread but it’s worth it. Details we loved: there was a bottle of good white wine offered to us, if we had a question, like “where can we buy some good wine”, we got their personal list of vineyards and when we ware all admiring the water wheel, the owner took the effort of removing the top cover so we could enjoy the wheel turning. Lovely people! Also, there was firewood waiting in the fireplace, ready to go and there was charcoal available for the bbq. We hope to visit again."
