Welcome to the 'Tel Mond Complex', located in the heart of the Tel Mond , in the center. The complex has a villa and a guest unit, each with complete privacy, allowing for pampering and pleasant accommodation in an intimate and warm atmosphere.The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large and decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen , and a pampering jacuzzi.

The villa is suitable for hosting up to 12 people. The villa is spacious and comfortable, built over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and well-designed living room, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils, a utility room with a washing machine, and a guest toilet.

On the middle level is the private master suite, which includes a bedroom with a large double bed, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a walk-in closet.

On the upper level there are three additional bedrooms - one of which includes a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, and there is another bathroom and toilet in the hallway.

The villa is suitable for hosting up to 12 people, and is especially suitable for large families or groups looking for comfort and privacy.There is a shared floor with another family on the basement floor.

In Tel Mond, you'll find all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay – a shopping center, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, green parks, synagogues, and health centers. The area is ideal for families, couples, and travelers, offering easy access to a variety of nearby attractions: local wineries, walking and biking trails, shopping centers in Netanya and Herzliya, beaches just a short drive away, family-friendly activities, and more.

Driving distance - Beach is about 15 minutes, Netanya about 15 minutes, Raanana about 15 minutes, Tel Aviv about 30 minutes, Herzliya about 25 minutes. Nature lovers and hikers can enjoy the Netanya promenade, Poleg Nature Reserve, Alexander River, Afek Park, and the nearby Ilanot Forest.

Love this place! Tel Mond has so little available and this is a new property to rent. Beautiful, gorgeous inside. Tons of room. Super comfortable. Super friendly host. He even brought me milk from his home because I forgot and had no time to buy any. We had a wedding at Beit Melchet and this was ideal.
