I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!

Penang Marriott Hotel
Stayed 4 nights from Jan 2 - 6th. Quality service overall given the its busy holiday season. Price was slightly on the high end as there were options elsewhere, just wanted to try it given its location on Gurney Drive which was an attraction.
