The pros: breakfast was great! The outside of the hotel was beautiful! Very well taken care of outside and in the lobby/bar area. The staff was super friendly!!
The cons: upon turning on the AC in the room, it started to leak (5 minutes after arrival.) We told the front desk, and they said someone would be out to fix it. In the 3 days we were there no one had ever done so. We had to put a trash can below it (wicker trash can so every drop that hit the bag was louuud, and it was leaking a lot), and had to empty it out through out the day/night. We were on vacation, so having to wake up at 2 or 3am was not the most fun thing to do. Lights were broken in the main room. The water pressure was terrible. Also not a big deal but, in the room we stayed in, the artwork was extremely unsettling lol, very creepy.
Overall, 3 out of 5 stars. Would we stay here again? Probably not. Was it a good experience? Meh, kinda. However, we gained a fun story to tell about our first ever Santa Fe experience!
