SALVORA (Moraira) is an iconic villa with modern architecture dominated by straight lines and a contemporary, harmonious, and warm decor. It includes pieces from prestigious Italian brands, providing a truly unique experience of serene and elegant luxury, ideal for disconnecting from daily stress and reconnecting with family and friends.

STRUCTURE:

The villa is entered through an automatic Corten steel gate that connects to a large parking area on the right. You can park your car in the outdoor space with an electric car socket or inside the spacious garage, which connects to the interior of the house. The main entrance to the house is dominated by a large hardwood door that leads to a very spacious living-dining room with a bioethanol fireplace and integrated Bulthaup stove.

The 90-square-meter dining room and kitchen are harmoniously connected through large windows to the exterior of the villa, where the spacious outdoor table, spectacular pool with built-in sun loungers, comfortable sun loungers, and modern gas barbecue stand out.

Returning to the main entrance of the house, on the ground floor, behind the living-dining room, we find a guest toilet and three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One of them has a study desk, ideal for teleworking.

The upper floor is accessed via an elegant wooden staircase. On this floor, we find a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with two showers connected in the same space and a large 50-square-meter terrace.

LOCATION:

The villa is located just 2.5 km from the town of Moraira and its idyllic beaches of fine sand and crystal-clear waters.

If you are interested in gastronomy, you will love the villa's location, as there are several pleasant restaurants within walking distance of the villa, a multitude of Mediterranean and international restaurants in the town of Moraira, and four restaurants with up to three Michelin stars within 20 km of the villa, offering you an exclusive dining experience. The villa is just 200 meters from an Aldi supermarket.
