“Great flat for our family with room for each of us. Bathroom had super hot water and great water pressure, kitchen was perfect for breakfast before heading out to tour. As a first impression, we noticed that the carpets are old and wallpaper is peeling but those minor aesthetic issues did not impact us at all and it was exactly what we needed. Jack was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and stayed in touch. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, hair dryer, stocked kitchen, etc.……

“I booked this affordable space for its convenience, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. However, I wasn't aware it was a shared space with another person (not specified in the listing), which was a bit of a surprise. The room itself was cozy and clean, but the lack of AC and limited fan effectiveness made it a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave. The other resident was nice, and their dog, Pepe, is adorable, but the lingering smell was noticeable.The location is convenient,……

It is set within a safe and quiet area, and is very well connected for travelling within and outside of London. Ben was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and responded promptly to our queries.
