“Decent experience. Nice large rooms. Better than expected at this location. Courteous staff and good procedure followed from outside to inside with all precautions.”

“ The maintenance team helped me to fix hair dryer in no time, appreciated it. Hot water supply must be improved. , Also, the lack of gym facilities is a big issue for me.”

“Overall it was a good experience, except few minor issues like electrical socket not working , plumbing etc. My in laws found bed bugs in one room but they swapped the room and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“Hotel location was good. Rooms are reasonable. Probably due to occupancy we were allowed slightly early, that is appreciable. Room hygiene is ok but extra bed was sub standard. Standard rooms are are not big enough for Triple occupancy. Management need to isolate smoking rooms. The smell is very intense in the corridors. Breakfast was neither too good nor bad. Reception staff is cooperative but room service is bit slow. Lift is too hot to travel. Over all 2.5 to 3 star. Hotel still worth……

“The facilities like AC control and water flushing systems are not working properly. While i booked , room facilities shows that breakfast is free but they have charged for it. I think, this is mistake from Hotel.com . i will never prefer this website for hotel booking ”

“The air conditioning had no option to lower the cooling. At times it was too cold . The bathroom was not in good condition. No hand towels provided. Not a 3 star quality hotel. The approach to the front desk was very congested.”
