Wonderful staff, but a disappointing issue with bugs.
I had been in contact with the staff before my arrival, and they were always quick to respond and very pleasant throughout my stay. In that sense, I thought it was a very nice hotel.
However, I seemed to have been bitten by mites during my stay. From the second day, the area around my neck, wrists, and above my eyes swelled up, and I am still treating it. I feel that they should be more thorough with the cleanliness of their linens.
