Front desk staff was friendly and efficient during all of our interactions. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff was very nice and made sure that our service was quick. Both the inside and outside of the property were kept clean and comfortable.

The Gilmore is a great hotel if you are looking for a boutique property in the fabulous 12 South area. $6-10 Lyft to Downtown. Walkable to tons of great restaurants. The rooms are lovely. 202 had a strong smell of fresh paint, so I was accommodated with a different room for the last two nights of my three night stay. The front desk staff were the best I've ever met after staying in several hundred properties over a lifetime of travel and former work in the airline industry. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and personal attention very much. Don't hesitate to book here...you'll have a lovely stay.
