“If you’re a Christmas lover like myself, you’re gonna love the Inn at Christmas Place. Everywhere you look you will see Christmas decor that brings a huge smile to your face. Even places you wouldn’t expect are decorated. Each piece is classy and elegant and every floor is decorated differently. I brought my mom with me and she fell in love with the place just as much as I did. From the rooms, the free breakfast, the visit with Santa and Mrs.Claus, and the doormen, nothing has been left out to……

“Breakfast had a good variety but some items lacked quality and were not hot enough. Need more than one waffle iron due to time to cook (2 1/2 min each). Did not see an attendant keeping items freshened. Rooms were sufficiently clean but not enough furniture in room. Bath fixtures were sketchy to operate and shower water flow was very weak. Location good and maintained. Quiet”

“Room was outdated, not as represented on the website. Sheets did not fit bed, one pillow stained with unknown substance and not changed during our three night stay. Cleaning people left dirty rag on floor for two nights, trash was left on shelf from previous guest, bathroom not cleaned during stay. Person who checked us in not very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not recommend.”

“A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit.”

“I thought for price and location it was pretty good and reasonable, now this was on the Main Street so it will be noisy from traffic, so if your looking for peace and quiet not your place but my wife and I had no issues, I would definitely stay again”

“We liked the indoor pool & hot tub was open really late and early. Breakfast was available till 10:00. Hotel was close to everything in Pigeon Forge.”
