Catalina Island or know locally as Isla Catalina is a small island located about one and a half miles from the mainland of the Dominican Republic. It was one of the stops on our cruise. It is a beautiful little island with not much infrastructure, but a beautiful stretch of beach with turquoise water and white sandy shores. It is the ideal location to just sit back kick up your feet up and enjoy some R&R.
