Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
The staff were great but would not help with luggage. Considering I’m disabled and am not allowed to lift anything heavy they still would not help with luggage. Room was fine and clean however air conditioner extremely noisy and blew on us the whole night. Had to go to pharmacy to get meds for neck. ...

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
Front desk staff was excellent and very friendly, one key card we received didn’t work and the sliding door on the shower wouldn’t stay closed all the way without some help, other than that it was a good location that was within walking distance of most things
