“This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.”
