Staff in sweatpants and sweatshirts. Pool closed, hot tub broke and treadmill broke . Elevator doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in 6 months, air freshener in the elevator was so strong you had to take the stairs. Room was filthy, urine and hairs all over the base of the toilet, old wash cloth ...

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. While we were there, we were able to park in the gargae which helped tremendously since the area had a huge storm come thru. One of the most important features... we were able to bring our dogs who are a part of our family and always travel with us. ...
