About 45 minutes from Madrid, 25 minutes from historic Alcalá de Henares, and 25 minutes from Guadalajara—right in the heart of the Alcarria region—a beautiful, detached, comfortable vacation home full of charming details awaits you in the quiet village of Torrejón del Rey, Guadalajara.

With a 600-meter lot and a 190-meter house spread over two floors, “Mi lugar favorito” is a place where you can unwind and relax by the pool or in the garden, as well as share and enjoy special moments with family and friends.
Easily accessible, with parking for 3 vehicles, two terraces, an outdoor saltwater pool, a barbecue, outdoor garden sofas, and a chill-out area.
The house is newly built, constructed with traditional materials such as wood and Spanish brick, while featuring cutting-edge design and architecture.
Spacious both inside and out, filled with natural light, and tastefully and elegantly decorated to ensure you have a dream vacation.
Cozy and comfortable in winter with its fireplace and central heating, and in summer with multiple areas for relaxation and outdoor leisure, featuring air conditioning in every room.

On the upper floor, there is a quadruple bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a game room that can be converted into a fifth bedroom with three sofa beds and an adjoining full bathroom.
On the lower level, there are two triple bedrooms, one double bedroom, and an extra-large full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a large sofa and a big-screen TV (the house has 3 TVs).

It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room with three sofa beds, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three TVs with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

Located in Parque de las Castillas, Torrejón del Rey, a town very close to Madrid and Guadalajara, allowing you to visit both provinces.

All guests must pay a security deposit of 400 euros, which will be refunded upon checkout if everything is in order. Both check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability and subject to the owner’s approval.

Smoking inside the house and hosting parties are strictly prohibited.

No noise is allowed after 11:00 p.m.

The pool will be open from May through October. It is closed the rest of the year.
