It accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 3 spacious bedrooms: • Two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower • One bedroom with two single beds • One additional full bathroom in the hallway The open-plan interior combines a comfortable living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, including WiFi, 42” Smart TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and combi fridge. Outdoor living is a key feature of the villa, with an infinity pool, artificial grassy sunbathing area with loungers, outdoor dining area with barbecue and a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, complete with a Balinese bed, chill-out sofas and a ping-pong table. • Easy access, suitable for all vehicles • Located in Torrox • 5 km from Torrox town and Torrox Costa • 10 km from the beach • A car is necessary • Quiet area, ideal for relaxing holidays Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 200€ . The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest. Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest. The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
