With a garden planted with trees where you can relax and recharge your batteries, this house can accommodate groups of up to 14 people, offering plenty of space for everyone.
GARDEN
A large enclosed garden surrounds the house, providing a private outdoor space ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fine weather. Here you'll find a charcoal barbecue (charcoal optional), perfect for convivial al fresco dining. Four deckchairs are available for relaxing in the sun. Two garden tables allow you to share outdoor meals in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The house offers 5 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 14: 3 on the ground floor, comprising 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: one with 6 single beds and the other with a double bed.
We also have a baby cot with mattress and changing table, as well as a baby toilet seat, to make your stay with the family as easy as possible.
KITCHEN :
Located on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped. You'll find everything you need for 14 people: plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, pots, pans and much more.
For your cooking needs, there's a 4-burner gas hob, a gas oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not included) and a filter coffee maker (filter and coffee not included).
To make your stay easier, there is a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. There is also a spare fridge and freezer in the garage.
Whether you're a keen cook or just want to whip up some quick meals, this kitchen will meet all your needs for an enjoyable and hassle-free stay.
LIVING ROOM :
The lounge and dining room form a spacious living area of around 35m2, ideal for getting together with family or friends. There are comfortable sofas and a large dining table for up to 10 people. In addition, there is a side table for 4 in the kitchen, providing extra space for meals.
On cooler evenings, you can take advantage of the fireplace to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. A 55’ (139cm) television is also available for relaxing moments.
BATHROOM AND SANITARY FACILITIES :
On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A hairdryer is also available.
Upstairs, you'll find a shower room and separate toilet, offering extra comfort for large groups.
WORK AREA :
Upstairs at the top of the stairs, you'll find a workspace with a desk, ideal for those who need to stay productive during their stay.
MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT
If required, an ironing board and iron are available for your use.
In addition, a washing machine and two tumble dryers are accessible in the basement, to make your stay easier and allow you to travel light.

ARRIVAL :
Check-in: 17:00
We do our utmost to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and by 5.00 pm at the latest. Arrival in the accommodation may therefore take place on the first day of the reservation at 5.00 p.m. at the earliest, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-Out every day except Sundays: 11.00 a.m.
Check-Out Sundays only: 17:00
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, you will be asked to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules.
Please read the house rules carefully before making a reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (amount not debited, which does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of a ‘cleaning supplement’, any damage caused or any breach of the house rules.
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the villa. You will be responsible for paying for repairs or replacing damaged or lost items. They will be deducted first from the security deposit and invoiced in addition if the amount of the security deposit is insufficient or in full if the security deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided. When you arrive, the beds will be made up with freshly laundered sheets.
Towels are not provided. They are available for hire on request at a cost of €5 each.
TRAVEL CONSUMABLES
When you arrive, you will have the following consumables at your disposal:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and washing-up liquid
- Dishwasher detergent
- Cleaning equipment
Renewal of these consumables during your stay is not included.
The following items are not included in the rental:

PARKING
Possibility of parking several vehicles inside the property.
Other vehicles can park in the free car park opposite the house.
INTERNET & TV
The house is equipped with ORANGE fibre.
You can also watch digital TV channels on the television in the living room.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge, provided that :
- they are clean
- they do not damage the accommodation
- they are not allowed on the beds or sofas
- you pick up after them.
Dangerous animals are not allowed.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
- The house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area.
- It is a 10-minute walk from Tournan-en-Brie town centre, where you will find all the shops you need (bakery, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, bank, butcher, etc.).
- The Tournan-en-Brie train/bus station (RER E and line P) is a 3-minute walk from the house. Accessible from Paris in just 25 minutes by taking line P from Gare de l'Est.
- Access to Route Nationale 4 in 3 minutes by car.
- Large free car park opposite the house.
- Numerous activities are available in the vicinity of the house: golf, tennis, paintball, canoeing, kayaking, accrobranche, wake-boarding, etc.
All the shops you need are in Tournan-en-Brie town centre and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The SNCF train station (RER E & line P) is a 3-minute walk from the house:

To get to Paris by train (€5 per person per journey):
- Access Paris Est in 25 min with line P (direct train)
- Access Magenta in 45 min with the RER E.
- Access Haussmann- Gare Saint Lazare in 50 min with the RER E.
To get to Disneyland Paris:
- Accessible by car: only 22km = 25min
- Accessible by bus (50-55min - €2.10/person/journey):
Take the N°32 bus (Transdev) which leaves from Tournan en brie station, direction ‘Gare de val d'Europe’ and get off at the terminus ‘Gare de val d'Europe’ then walk about 10min to the entrance of the DISNEYLAND PARK.
- Accessible by train (1h15 - 5€/person/trip):
Take the RER E towards Haussmann Saint-Lazare as far as ‘Val de Fontenay’ then take the RER A towards ‘Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy’ and get off at the ‘Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy’ terminus (main entrance to the DISNEYLAND PARK).
- Accessible by bus + train (01h00 - 4,25€/person/trip) :
Take the N°32 bus (Transdev) which leaves from Tournan en brie station, direction ‘Gare de val d'Europe’ and get off at the terminus ‘Gare de val d'Europe’ then take the RER A direction ‘Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy’ and get off at the terminus ‘Marne-la Vallée-Chessy’ (Main entrance to the DISNEYLAND PARK)
ACCESS
You will have access to the entire property and its garden, with the exception of the attic on ground floor 1 and a storage room in the basement.
PLEASE NOTE:
This accommodation is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and alerts the guest if the noise becomes too loud. The accommodation is equipped with sound level meters installed only on the outside of the accommodation in order to anticipate any excesses that could cause noise nuisance to the neighbours.
