"What a wonderful unique property! We were impressed from the minute we walked in. From the decor to the welcoming home away from home atmosphere it was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was warm and ready upon arrival the kitchen worked perfect for our meals we whipped up. I loved the set up and have already been telling friends and family about it! "The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend."
