“This was a super cute place. Very clean and comfortable beds which is important to us. I like that they allowed dogs without lots of crazy rules. Very close to Dollywood so we took a break midday and came back (note get the preferred parking if you do this). Everything was as described. The was only one con for us and it was that the stairs were steep and slippery with socks on. Would have been nice to have a baby gate to help us keep the dogs downstairs when they were outside their crates. We...

“We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend. ”

“House was great for what we needed this short getaway. The view from the hot tub is amazing. Justin was extremely responsive and helped make sure we had everything we needed. Just make sure you watch the road driving to and from or you’ll take an expedited trip to the bottom! We did see 6 bears on our way to dinner on our last night so keep eyes open for them.”

“Cabin and host were great, very quiet. Road is narrow in places and very hilly. We had no problem going up or down in a 2023 Kia Sportage. May have been hard if there was snow on hill. Host said in bad weather, you may need a 4x4.”
