Tracks in the Sand Tours

Second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. The lobby area was clean. The pool was great. The guests just need to rinse the sand off before getting into it. The whirlpool was a welcome addition. Parking was plentiful and on site

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. It was sentimental for me because this is where I stayed growing up when it was Triton Towers. Look forward to coming back next year

The a/c in the entire hotel did not work and was not informed that prior to check in. Our room was 79 degrees and continued to get hotter. We were told by manager multiple times the system would be back up and running in a hour. 5 hours later still no ac and no real time line on when it maybe working again. We ended up checking out and having to find another hotel which is a disappointment because who wants to come on vacation and have to find accommodations in the middle of the night. Will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
