“Nice view from room ”

“10 mins walking distance to Macedon Railway Station, this hotel is convenience to anyone who is not driving. Besides, we made dinner at the self-serviced kitchen, this is also one of the good features of this motel! However, the hotel is suggested to pay more attention on HOUSEKEEPING. No one came to clean the room for few days and we have to request and ask for toilet papers twice for a long period of staying there.”

“Proximity to transport, shops and restaurants perfect. The service from the staff was excellent, I wasn’t arriving until very late and they turned the heater on and ensured there was milk in the fridge for me. ”

“My husband and I had a great time at The Shack. Alison was prompt and communicative in the lead up to the stay and we found the property exactly as advertised. We really appreciated the breakfast and snack options, and also our interactions with the resident golden retriever, Daisy! (Who was also very obedient and could be contained if that was an issue for others!) We loved the coziness of the fireplace and will certainly try to come back in warmer months when we can make use of the outside……

“This was a great place for a group of friends to enjoy a weekend away. The pool table and spa were awesome. The place was really clean too which was great. I think i might have forgotten to press start on the dishwasher though, sorry if that was the case, Adrienne. We really enjoyed the property.”
