"Hi, we stayed at this property for 8 nights. We rented one bedroom comfort apartment with sea view and we 've got two bedrooms apartment with balcony but with NO sea view. The guy from agency was ok and he understood that we had a delay on our flight with 2h 30 minutes so we arrived at the property later than we mentioned. "I want to first say we had fun in Sardinia. BUT a few things…. When first pulling up you might wonder if it’s safe…. Entering from an unkept bumpy dirt road into a parking lot with trash and a lot of buildings looking kinda run down. Inside the apartment was small but cute. We were “upgraded” to a room with a view - which was nice but we weren’t there to be in the room and the pool was now a detoured roundabout walk I stead of being right out the door. "Wir konnten eher als geplant in das Ferienhaus. Kontakt war sehr gut. Nach Besichtigung stellten wir ein Ameisenproblem fest, diese waren überall. Eine defekte Brauseatange wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Der TV war ebenfalls defekt und wurde bis zur Abreise nicht repariert. Für das Ameisenproblem wurde uns ein Spray gegeben. Die Außenanlage wirkt leider nicht sehr gepflegt und sauber.....aber das kennt man von Italien. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. "

"A very good startingpoint of your vaccation. A village up in the hills of the westcoast. Close to very much to see and experience of beutiful Sardinia. Supermarket with everything you need in a short walk. A bar/cafe, pzzeria, and a restaurant close to the small complex. The village dont have very much else to offer, but its enough for wonderful vaccation. The pool was good an a extra plus for the barbecue outside."

"Check in nur via WhatsApp. Keine Einweisung, keine Infos. Bei Problemen war zuerst Selbsthilfe angesagt. Für zwei Tage war das Wasser ausgefallen. Hilfe und Info durch die Agentur war sehr mager. Betten sehr unbequem. 60 sehr unbequeme Stufen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, teilweise zugewachsen und durch Blüten und kothaufen der Wildschweine blöd zu gehen. Wildschweine die dann jeden Abend auf den Terrasse Hallo sagen. Klima, Wlan und moskitonetze nicht vorhanden, bei den Temperaturen im Sommer...

"We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It was clean and well equipped. The owners were really helpful with check in and directions from the airport and making sure we had a great stay. The views are stunning and watching the sunset from the balcony was certainly a holiday highlight. The pizzeria in town was great but we found we needed to drive to nearby towns for other restaurants hence not giving a 5* to the location too. Lots of nearby sandy beaches if you have a car - the sea was crystal...

"Pros: Alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank, diese wurden jedoch am selben Tag behoben und es wurde ein Ersatzkühlschrank besorgt. Sobald man Fragen hatte,wurden diese sofort beantwortet. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer und auch im Zentrum mit Restaurants,Bars und Supermarkt. Alles was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Cons: Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas spärlich. Nur 3 Weingläser zum Beispiel."

"Un grande ringraziamento a Marina Elena e Maurilio per la calorosa accoglienza e il delizioso cesto di frutta come regalo di benvenuto!!! L'appartamento è davvero fantastico, ottima posizione non lontano dal mare, molto tranquillo e molto pulito. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, negozio di alimentari, panetteria, bar, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le serate sulla bellissima e ariosa terrazza con una splendida vista sul mare. Torneremo sicuramente! ...

"Beautiful area and so close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is basic but not a problem at the price and location. The staff are very nice, breakfast is decent. Aircon works and free parking was pretty easy in late June. "

"We had an amazing holiday at this lovely villa. Birgit was the perfect host, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the villa is simply stunning I would never get tired of looking at it. The local area quiet and rural but bars and amenities close. "

Hotel Costa Paradiso

2/10 Terrible

"Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor."
