"a very well equiped house, with a splendid view and great access to a big and relaxing swimming pool. Very warm welcome from the owner, we loved it every minute. Very practical airco, nice BBQ, two terraces allowing you to always find shade or sun. And all that in a residential area with many restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches on walking distance. The terrace had only four cheap plastic chairs, no sunbeds as shown.Sheets and towels came with an extra charge of 43, and even then, one set of sheets was missing – with no apology or explanation.The interior was in poor condition: mold was both visible and noticeable by smell. "Excellent location overlooking all of Costa Paradiso. The property and garden are private and very quiet both day and night. Property very well furnished and was home-from-home for our needs. Delightful pool which has direct sun throughout the day. Car essential for getting to and from sites of interest. Birgit responded very promptly to our settling in questions. No hesitation in recommending this villa. "
