This was my first stay at Moody Gardens. For what I needed, it sufficed. I was on a work trip and brought along my partner and daughter. While I was working, they enjoyed the amenities. They weren’t too impressed with the cafe food the first day, but the pizza and fries made up for it the 2nd day. My partner did develop a headache at one point and I went to the hotel store to get Tylenol. Many of their shelves were empty. Had to leave the hotel to stop by the nearby store for it. All in all, it was a good stay. If they worked on those little details, I’d give it 5 stars.

There was not a person at the front desk even in the morning, always had to ring for one. No hair dryer in room, bad for the ladies. Only a couple of very small soap bars. No MW. Did seem clean though bed not very comfortable.
