"I’m staying at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf for my second week and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the sauna and swimming pool are great. A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. Our room (621) was fine, a couple of minor issues but maintenance fixed straight away. The bed was comfortable and we slept without issues. Amenities in the room were okay, but we didn’t like the smell of the soap and body wash (parsley and sage). Breakfast over five mornings was exactly the same (poultry sausage), this could have done with being different on a few days, other items for a European breakfast were plentiful. On this occasion we were always able to get a seat and everything worked well. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay again if in Düsseldorf. I would like to see IHG points awarded if booking through Expedia as in my case."

"We had a great stay at the Radisson media harbour. The hotel was beautiful and some of the staff members in particular made our stay. We were greeted by Sanja who was very helpful throughout our entire stay. My partner had a situation where he left his rucksack on the train and she helped us to get it back, we couldn’t be more grateful for that! Her customer service was great. Another great staff member was Edi at the bar - he gave us great recommendations for a kebab place and his drinks were great, he was also super friendly! The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we need, the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Loved this place and we’d like to be back!"

"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up."

"Hotel room was clean and well maintained. I was sort of impressed by the idea that they have a gym across 2 floors only to find out that it is basically 2 small rooms across 2 floors. The gym had the very basic stuff. I was told it is open 24h but I’m not allowed to use the treadmill from 10pm until 8am due to the fact that it causes too much noise (wrong in my opinion as the other machines could cause even more noise once you leave the weights to hit the home position). The gym is the only reason I gave a little bit low rating as it was important for me to use the treadmill but I couldn’t use it before 8am."

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.Hier sind die Punkte, die uns besonders begeistert haben:Sauberkeit & Ordnung: Alles war blitzsauber (100%ig!) und super ordentlich. Privatsphäre: Das war für uns das Beste – man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Der Pool: Der Pool war traumhaft, angenehm warm und wunderschön. Die Ausstattung: Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und alles war tipptopp gepflegt. Parkplatz & Lage: Ein Parkplatz war immer direkt da und die Anbindung ist super unkompliziert. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an die Gastgeber – die Familie war unglaublich nett und herzlich zu uns. Wir haben fest vor, jetzt jedes Jahr wiederzukommen!Fazit: Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich jedem von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt."
