"Bad hygiene, Illtreat staff, Very bad outdoors, Dirty rooms bed sheets & pillows, broker taps, Dirty washroom, No lock in washroom, very small rooms, AC not working. Waited for good 20 minutes to check in, even though advance payment was done through expedia. Staff absent for long time & Unaware even at check out whether payment is done or not."

"The hotel is very overpriced (esp. on Expedia) relative to similar options nearby. It’s better to call the hotel directly to get a lower rate. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone."
