This was a really fun stay! Great value for the price! The building is right across the street from a techno club/bar, walkable to the fishermans quarter and the cathedral, plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and patient with our poor German. We didn't eat at the cafe, but it seemed pretty good.

I had a great experience with check in. Very good customer service. We really appreciated the excellent room they assigned to us. It had views down the street. It's not the most quiet location on a Saturday night, but it’s a very good accommodation option. Clean and the restaurant downstairs has a nice vibe. The internet was fast enough too.

Although listed as a hotel this was a hostel. Perfect for the cost, check in was at the cafe, odd. Hostel in that there was no bathroom door, no privacy.

Great hostel!
Great Hostel downtown in Ulm. We had a double room, that was clean and fresh. Balcony. Windows to the backyard and very quiet. Great beds. No door to the toilet was the only minus.

Preis-Leistung okay. Bettwäsche und Boden war sauber. Habe auch gut geschlafen. Die Nacht war ruhiger als gedacht… Das Bad war nicht so sauber wie gewünscht und auch die Fensterbretter waren staubig. Zum schlafen völlig ausreichend!

Perfekt gelegen, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, ganz nah beim Münster. Absolut ok, die Toilette hatte zwar keine Türe zur Dusche , und die Dusche( Badezimmer) war vom Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Faltparavant abgetrennt. War uns egal, könnte aber den ein oder anderen stören.

Furchtbares Erlebnis. Ich musste beruflich nach Ulm und meine Anreise verzögerte sich. Ich habe über den Tag 8 Mal (!) angerufen um dies in der Unterkunft mitzuteilen - niemand ging ans Telefon. Als ich um 21:30 einchecken wollte (angeblich Check in bis 22 Uhr möglich) war bereits niemand mehr vor Ort. Ich habe zufällig einen Mitarbeiter vor der Unterkunft getroffen, der mich sehr unfreundlich, genervt und auch widerwillig eingecheckt hat, Zitat „Ich habe aber schon Feierabend“. Das Zimmer war bereits bezahlt und ich hätte keine andere Schlafmöglichkeit gehabt. Wirklich niemals wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt
Sehr schönes Hostel, das einen frischen Eindruck macht. Außerdem ist meiner Erfahrung nach die Behandlung als Gast sehr gut. Ich hatte einen Brief an die Unterkunft senden lassen, der aber nicht rechtzeitig ankam. Die Unterkunft hat mich daraufhin im Nachgang direkt angeschrieben, mich informiert dass die Post jetzt eingegangen ist, und gefragt was damit passieren soll. So soll es sein!

Nie wieder!
Dass das Zimmer Mini ist, sah ich ja vorher. Aber nicht einmal ein ganz kleiner Tisch? Nichts außer betten im Raum und ein Stuhl... Zudem ist es eine riesige Zumutung, KEINE Toilettentüre zu haben in einem Doppelzimmer! Wenn einer die Toilette benutzt, bekommt der andere JEDES Detail mit! Und der Geruch danach ist auch nicht angenehm. Und mit kleinem Kind im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug ist auch alles andere als schön!
