"The room was small but had everything I needed. The linens were clean, as was everything else.
I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind.
The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness.

"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. "This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "
