The property is really amazing and staff is also pretty helpful. The view from the balcony was mind blowing. The only problem is that there’s no restaurants near by for food delivery or dine in and I had to walk for 40 minutes to get to nearby convenience store to eat.

Nice view, OK room, but we had 3 people in 3 separate rooms and we all received mystery charges of an additional $157 to $181 each on our credit cards 3 days after checking out. We called for an explanation, were told the manager was busy but would call back soon. We never received a return call despite multiple calls on our part. Sure practices are unethical.

10/10 experience, we were hesitant with a lot of negativity surrounding st Thomas online but gave it a shot. It was quiet and super relaxing. We are use to taking our three kids with us to Mexico so this was our first get away without them in years. The room was clean, well air conditioned, and even with the wall power issues the resort was able to generate power and keep things running perfectly. We will be back!

Great infinity pool and pool bar and facilities were up to date and clean. Downside was the golf cart transports were not very reliable and mostly would end up walking so if staying on mountain side it made it very difficult. Was promised late check out and then front desk got very rude when we confirmed and said they never do that. Had to take expensive taxis everywhere we went off of resort. Nice place but staff mostly not enthusiastic about being helpful
