“Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. “Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby.
Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of……
