“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know...

“This was a great basement apartment in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating when we found ourselves without our scheduled plans due to rain and we were able to access the apartment early. We were close to plenty of restaurants and great things to do in the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.”

“The apartment was great and very close to central downtown. The gym was really great, good equipment and wonderful view. Parking was easy. The bed was very comfortable Checking in through Vrbo was kind of a hassle but once we got that handled, and got in, the stay was great. A bonus, Pantene Pro V in the shower (the best). I recommend this apartment and I would definitely stay there again.”

“The owner/manager was very easy to work with, even after business hours when we were trying to navigate our way in to the building. The most difficult part was just FINDING the right building. All other difficulties could had been avoided if I had just studied the electronic guide provided. Check-in, checkout, everything would have been easier if I had just followed the advice to review the guide provided.”
