“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know……

“The view was good. We thought we had booked a higher room, but when we got there, we didn’t have a good view compared to pictures. The floor was not clean. There were only three towels for the week so we had to go buy laundry detergent.”

“The host was great. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was a breeze. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had.”

“The apartment itself was very nice with updated appliances and furniture. The host was nice and communicative. I unfortunately am a light sleeper and there were incredibly loud night clubs blasting music until 2-3am every night (Thursday-Saturday. Not even the ear plugs the host provides could protect me from the intense bass vibrating the whole building. It was a nice place but I would not stay here again. If you can sleep through loud noises and heavy bass, then definitely check it out.”
