### #3 GREAT LOCATION, Zion National Park entrance as close as you can get!

This beautiful apartment is new (2019), 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room (studio style). The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 4 adults. It has 1 king size bed, 2 Queen(bunk) and a euro-lounger that makes into a bed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.   
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.   
  
Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008\. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.  
  
During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!   
  
Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

Great little apartment with everything you need for several days at Zion, and you definitely can’t beat the location! There’s a gated alleyway to access the three apartments, so it’s a safe place to leave ebikes if you rent them overnight.

The perfect location to walk into the park or catch a shuttle to go away from the park for dinner. You have a parking spot right in the lot for Subway but get a tag because our spot was used by others. The tag allowed us to use any spot. Downstairs is Subway, Pizza and Ice Cream. Condo was well equipped with soaps t paper paper towels. Beautiful view right out the widow

Ideal for people who want to hit the park and not commit to camping. Beds, fridge, laundry and location made it very easy for us to pack light. Two adults, 7 & 8 year old fit comfortably. Additional young children would fit well. If you are looking for privacy from your housemates this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable place to rest and recoup, with breath taking views, \*Parking\* and walkability? This is for you :)

We had a fabulous time at Zion and this was a great place to stay! Comfortable and relaxing to return to everyday. Thanks to the great location we didn’t have to move the car the whole time (we did do a 15-20 min walk to dinner each night- bring a flashlight!). Kitchenette is small, but perfect for breakfast and packing our trail lunches each day. We ate dinner out. Very spacious for the 2 of us.

Excellent location and we were able to walk to the shuttle and there are many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We did not have mobile data and the Subway allowed us to use there WIFI in order to get the entrance instructions. The host Mr. Harvey was there to help us enter the unit and he explained all the features inside the unit.

Great location with all basic. Dryer knob broken but still worked. Drawers were loose. Communication with owner was poor. Asked for payment when payed days before. Slow to answer questions. However, with such a great location near Zion, it is hard to complain about anything! Zion is beyond great.

Location! Location! Location! This is the perfect place to stay in Springdale. Walk across the street to enter the park and get on the shuttles. Only a couple minor issues. You park in the Subway parking lot but have a reserved spot. Only problem is the spot for #3 also says it is for 1 hour stays and the reserved sign is hard to see. Also, the door has a code to get in which works great but doesn’t lock behind you. Just something you have to remember to do before you leave for the day.

#### Can't Beat the Location

A slightly odd location basically right behind a Subway, but you can't beat waking up and walking 5 minutes to the park entrance. The place is beautiful and comfortable with super views. The kitchen is a bit small for trying to cook for more than 2 people, but we overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is absolutely perfect to stay at. Im so excited that we found it. Its across from the entrance to Zion National Park and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Your car is safe in a parking lot. The place was clean and it had everything in it that you would need. I highly recommend staying. I definitely will stay there again. #### Amazing mother-daughter week!

This property was perfect! Literally walk across the street to the park entrance. Never used the Springdale shuttle but it’s right outside. Nice touch having all the kcups for coffee and tea bags. Bed was very comfortable. Suggest you do food shopping on the way into Springdale. Limited grocery availability in town and VERY EXPENSIVE . Loved dinners at the Thai place next door and whiptail grill. Very walkable town. If you plan to do the narrows which we strongly encourage, rent a full suit, not just the bibs. Also loved the trails in Kolob canyon. Bryce is an easy day trip.

#### Perfect location 

This location was perfect for our stay. The town and it's closely located amenities were all very nice and easy to get to. The park is literally steps away. We had perfect weather and the space is big enough for several people. It was perfect for the two of us.

#### Great location 

Had a great visit to Zion National Park. The condo was very close. So convenient to walk to pick up the shuttle.

#### Location, location 

You simply cannot beat the location and how close you are to the Zion pedestrian entrance. Not worrying about parking is a huge plus. The apartment has plenty of room to spread out after a day out and about. Definitely woukd stay here again.
