We very much enjoyed our stay at Starby Hotel. Our room was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional and the food ( we only ate breakfast there) was very good. The back garden area is beautiful and a lovely place to sit and have breakfast or a cocktail. It is worth noting that the accommodations are much more of a "motel" than a "hotel" and the rooms have the feel of a motel with a bit of paint and polish applied. Quite comfy and clean, but a distinctly different feel than one expects in a "hotel". The location is great and it is an easy and short walk into the downtown and is only minutes to the castle and also has a good grocery store right across the street. Overall a definitely positive experience and would recommend.

Free parking and easy walk to vadstena!
Wonderful stay at starby! Quiet and peaceful room. Great free parking. Nice included breakfast with the opportunity to make fresh orange juice yourself. Less than 10 minute walk to vadstena castle and the town of vadstena is another five minutes. Highly recommended!

Perfekta stället att koppla av på och underbar mat
Ett underbart ställa att åka till och koppla av på. Spa avdelningen var bra och fräsch. Trevlig personal både på Spa, hotell och restaurang. Maten på restaurangen var fantastisk. Dubbelrummet vi hade var fint och hade en jätte skön säng.
