Hotel is clean and well-kept. We like the location as well, walkable distance to the Metro and other famous tourist attractions. Staff are courteous and friendly. We pretty much likes everything about the property. My wife and I travel a lot and normally go to very good hotels which are bigger, but we wanted to try a boutique hotel this time and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 6 nights. For starters, their people are wonderful, with a special shout out to Martina at the front desk and the young lady that runs the breakfast (we should know her name). The location is great, the hotel is in great condition. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a really good size. We tend to be on the picky side, and honestly we can’t find anything bad to say. Keep it up!

They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression
