“La casa è a due passi dal mare! (letteralmente) Arrivati abbiamo trovato la casa in perfetto ordine e pulita! Spiaggia, sia libera che in concessione, vicinissime! Un grazie al proprietario che è sempre stato disponibile e ha risposto a tutti i nostri dubbi!”

“Prettig verblijf in een mooie middeleeuwse Borgo in het stoffige dorpje Monteprandone met (opa) Enzo als gastheer. Van alle gemakken voorzien op 10 minuten van de kust. ”

“L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14……

“The villa was perfect for our large group of 11. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The description and photos in the listing are very accurate, and the hosts are wonderful people (and quick to respond). The 360 view of the countryside was very impressive… what a spectacular view! Many restaurants, grocery stores and old towns within 15-30 minutes. We will definitely return.”

“Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)”

“Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles Nötige, insbesondere der Töpfe und einem riesigen Kühlschrank. Das zweite Zimmer kann lediglich als Abstellraum genutzt werden, denn es hat kein Fenster und im Hochsommer ist es dann darin zu warm zum schlafen. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Der Strand ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Lage besonders attraktiv macht. ”

“It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!”
