This great little apartment is exactly as described in the listing; new, clean, well equipped with a great view over a communal area for the building towards the beach. The residents and staff of the building are very friendly, as are the Valras Loc team, who were always very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had (brief WiFi outage, resolved within an hour). Highly recommended
