"Spa staff need to be coached on customer service. Restaurant staff was great. Velocity food was not good and the virtual golf didn’t work very well. They said the sensors can’t see the ball when the sun is going down. Spent $300+ for 5 for crummy food and virtual golf. We would have been better off to eat by the pool and hit the driving range buckets."
