“The room was relatively inexpensive but only by $20 compared to other hotels in the area. The attendant was friendly but didn't have my reservation and had to call a friend to figure it out. The building inside and out was not well kept (dirt and dust in the corners) and everything was outdated with the main complaint was the room door. It didn't close very well and had no bolt lock, just a slide chain. The room was clean and had a mini fridge right beside the bed which was convenient. The……

“This is a really nice "old fashioned" hotel with remodeled rooms. Decor was very nice, bed was comfortable, and TV was huge. It still seems to be a work in progress, though, with a DYI feel to some of the maintenance. For instance, huge microwave is on a very wobbly shelf that seems sure to fail at one point. No place to put soap of washcloth in shower expect floor - and no grab bar to hold onto when bending down to get them. No elevator, either, so be prepared to carry everything up one or two……

“Room was very spacious, bed was good, overall pleased. Breakfast was another highlite as well...excellant selection cerials, breads, fruit, juice...and the coffee was A1. Location close enough to restaurants and shopping (10 min drive) and across road from a golf course.”
